These terms are an agreement between you and Wonderma Corporation, the company behind Mimyne ("Mimyne", "we", "us"). By installing Mimyne or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Mimyne.
You must be at least 13, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age for online services. If you're under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
You own what you make in Mimyne: notes, workspaces, profile content, comments and media. We don't claim ownership of it.
When you put something on your profile or into a shared workspace, you give us permission to store it and show it to the people you've shared it with, only so Mimyne can work. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others already copied it (for example a guest who kept a shared note).

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report people from their profile. The Community Guidelines set out what is and isn't allowed in detail, what happens when someone breaks a rule, and how to appeal.
Mimyne can connect to other services, such as Discord, Spotify, Medal, Steam, and AI providers like OpenAI or Google Gemini. These are optional. When you use one, its own terms and privacy policy also apply, and you must follow them. Mimyne isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of these companies, and we're not responsible for their services. Items, currencies or subscriptions you buy on another service stay governed by that service.
Mimyne's AI can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it. If you use your own key with an AI provider, you're responsible for that provider's charges and terms.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to install and use Mimyne. Don't redistribute modified copies as Mimyne, or remove Mimyne's names and notices. Mimyne checks for updates and asks before installing them; some features may need an up-to-date version to keep working.
You can stop using Mimyne at any time. To delete your account and its cloud data, email mimyne.support@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Where it's reasonable and safe, we'll tell you why.
Mimyne is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will always work, be error-free, or keep your data safe from every loss. Keep backups of work that matters to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about Mimyne is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above. If a change is significant, we'll also tell you in the app before it takes effect. Using Mimyne after that means you accept the new terms.
